Operational Associate for Investment Services

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our office location in Bethlehem, PA.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality operational support to Financial Advisors and their clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of investment industry terminology and be able to communicate effectively with all organizational levels.

  • Responsibilities include daily administrative operations, serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, onboarding new clients, and processing transactions.
  • The successful candidate will also assist with marketing efforts, collaborate with Financial Advisors to prepare client meetings and presentations, and maintain records and files using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field is required.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in financial services or sales, with a focus on administration and operations.

Certifications such as SIE (Security Industry Essentials), Series 7, and Series 63 are also preferred.
