- Operate folder/gluer machinery to produce high-quality paperboard packaging.
- Monitor and control the output, quantity, and quality of the product.
- Conduct efficient set-ups and troubleshoot issues with the machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand work orders and special instructions.
- Enter safety, maintenance, quality, and planning requests as needed.
- Perform scanning and labeling tasks based on production orders.
- Solve problems and work with support staff to provide solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum two years of machine operation experience necessary.
- Previous experience as a Folder/Gluer Operator preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and write English fluently.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations.
