Quality Assurance Manager

Epic Games is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the testing process for our development teams. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure high-quality software products are delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Lead testing teams to own the testing approach on development teams
- Develop new processes and work within existing efforts to ensure quality standards
- Supervise test teams, provide mentorship, and career development opportunities
- Prioritize testing to meet development deadlines and communicate status to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot system and hardware issues to unblock testing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of testing experience in fast-paced environments
- 1+ year(s) of professional leadership experience
- Solid understanding of test methodologies and technical topics
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
