As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will oversee a team of Brand Specialists, working collaboratively to drive impact across a large vendor network. Your primary objectives include delivering key retail metrics improvements, ensuring vendor satisfaction, and enhancing team productivity. You will work closely with Vendor Managers to understand vendors' needs and collaborate with Category Leaders for strategic decision-making.
You should be passionate about managing and developing people, resourceful, and customer-focused. A proven track record in fast-paced environments and stakeholder management is essential.
