Job SummarySupport the enhancement of delivery operations while ensuring network efficiency across diverse markets.
- Support carrier capacity planning and performance monitoring
- Assist in maintaining carrier relationship documentation and communications
- Track and analyze carrier share distribution data
- Support the launch of new programs with carriers
- Maintain operational dashboards and reports
- Generate regular performance reports for multiple regions
- Analyze regional performance variations
- Support capacity planning updates
- Work on program launch support tasks
Collaborate with internal teams, including Carrier Managers, Business launch teams, and Transportation Operations, as well as external partners, such as carriers and business intelligence tools.
