Job Title

We are seeking a senior-level professional to serve as a key partner in our organization. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver learning experiences that meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptability, and project management skills. They will act as a consultant, advisor, and project manager on leadership, learning, training, and development initiatives across various regions and functions.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and design end-to-end learning experiences that meet business objectives.
  • Partner with and align to other functions, Business Units, and service lines within Canada, Latin America, and the surrounding regions.
  • Analyze and address business gaps and needs that target performance improvement.
  • Manage intake in conjunction with Leadership and Development offerings and solutions.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and awareness of the current and future business climate.
  • Leverage the ability to shape the environment and facilitate strategic dialogue around learning and development.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy and independence, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions that drive business impact. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Existing rights to work in Brazil.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English.
  • In-depth experience with Learning & Development, including facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching/mentoring.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicating and interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
