Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Strategy to spearhead product vision and strategy in Buenos Aires.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in product management for an IT services company.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of executive experience in director/head/VP roles or 5+ years in manager/product owner positions with a strong UX background and consultative mindset.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagement and pre-sales processes, providing strategic product consulting and influencing decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business strategy and technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate prototyping efforts and drive the creation of high-level prototypes/concepts.
  • Establish best practices for product management and strategic design within the organization.

Essential Skills:

  • Executive/Managerial experience: Conduct meetings with executive stakeholders and create presentations that showcase strategic thinking.
  • Expertise in Product Strategy: Ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients.
  • Strong UX Background: Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Consultative Mindset: Experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions.
