FullStack Labs is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join their team in a remote, project-based development role.
About the RoleThis position involves working with client teams on flexible, project-based development work as a Data Engineer. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering and advanced English skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop data pipelines using Python, especially in Linux environments.
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience in Snowflake and MySQL.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with Python data libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy.
- Experience building and maintaining real-time pipelines using Kafka.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, Kinesis, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain CI/CD of applications.
- Forensic attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience with large, complex systems and taking ownership of work.
- Ability to align with client goals and deliver on commitments.
