Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Solutions Expert to join our Implementation team in Canada.

This role will focus on supporting Major National & HRO implementations, working closely with internal clients to deliver high-quality solutions and ensuring effective training and materials are available to the Implementation team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support to internal clients, troubleshooting problems and determining root cause to correct and recover.
  • Maintain ADP Canada implementation best practices, incorporating product information, tools, and documented procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Management and Enterprise Learning teams to ensure effective training and materials are available to the Implementation team.
  • Participate in focus groups, product committees, and business conferences on behalf of Implementation, providing timely and concise project status updates.
  • Research best practices and define standards for client configurations, including coordination of tasks for various client sales order processes.
  • Operate effectively within ADP Client security and privacy guidelines.
  • Complete UAT testing on behalf of Implementation on various product enhancements, new releases, defect fixes, and provide feedback to the Product team as required.
  • Perform technical tasks as required, such as EDA, Boomi, Mobile, Kiosk, etc.
  • Implement customers as required, leveraging Technology team escalation and ticketing processes to secure resolutions for customers and associates.
  • Prepare and deliver information sharing sessions to the Implementation associates via different Business Solution Implementation forums.
  • Actively work with the Technology & Product teams to provide input and feedback on future releases and enhancement priorities.
  • Work with partners outside of Implementation to ensure organization readiness activities are communicated and rolled out appropriately.
  • Share knowledge and mentor associates through troubleshooting opportunities and day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Exceptional client experience and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Superior ADP product knowledge and extensive knowledge of Major National & HRO Implementation procedures.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an Implementation role, with proven ability to effectively communicate with internal/external clients and relate to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive relationships with internal/external clients, vendors, and associates, earning trust and respect through demonstrating a consistent commitment to exceed expectations.
  • Strong collaborative skills and team player mentality.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
