Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Data Analyst to join our ESM team. The ideal candidate will drive business success through data analysis, insights development, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance reports, monitor and analyze key metrics and KPIs, generate actionable insights from data analysis to support business decisions;
- Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, document and standardize best practices across the team, collaborate with tech teams to improve tools and systems;
- Strategic Support & Analysis: Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives;
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Management teams to understand business needs, support the implementation of new initiatives and programs;
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze seller performance metrics, identify trends and patterns that impact seller success;
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Analytical Skills;
