Senior Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing solutions to meet those needs. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, gathering data and information, and providing recommendations for process improvements.

In addition, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining business cases, project plans, and other documentation as required. They will also provide support to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science, and at least 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
