Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a key liaison between our company and clients in South America. As a Technology Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our business by delivering technical application support and integration expertise.

  • You will work closely with our global team to provide exceptional client service, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify commercial opportunities for expansion.
  • Your focus will be on supporting a broad range of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows between Bloomberg and client systems, ensuring stable and secure operations.
  • You will ensure seamless communication and collaboration with Product Managers, Business Leads, and Engineers to shape our offerings based on real-world feedback and market dynamics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • 4+ years in technical support or implementation roles for electronic trading systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Fixed Income, FX, and/or Equities workflows, including regulations like MiFID and SFTR.
  • Hands-on experience with message protocols such as FIX, SFTP, or MQ.
  • An understanding of network concepts and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Ability to document and explain complex technology stacks clearly.
  • Calm under pressure, with sharp prioritization skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proven track record of solving complex issues and collaborating with senior technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify commercial opportunities and support Pre-Sales engagement, working closely with product teams.

  • Act as a technical liaison - aligning expectations, streamlining delivery, and ensuring success across client and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends in client issues, implement preventive strategies, and share insights to improve system stability.
  • Monitor client flows and trading activity to support capacity planning and performance benchmarking.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring your message accordingly.
  • Keep clients aligned with our technology roadmap and proactively manage expectations.
