- Develop project forecasts and control project management using agile methodologies to drive successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with the PMO in executing procedures for project managers, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication.
- Support project managers in charge and escalate relevant issues to the Vice President, maintaining open lines of communication.
- Ensure compliance by your team of established methodologies and processes, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Present complex problems to Account Managers who will deal with customers, facilitating effective issue resolution.
- Foster effective, professional, and clear communication between project managers and customers, building strong relationships.
- 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time, and Materials).
- Customer-oriented approach is essential.
- Budget management skills are necessary.
- IT experience is required.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies is crucial.
- Strong communication skills are vital.
- Previous experience as a Software Engineer is desirable.
- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science is required.
- Advanced English level is necessary.
