Project Leadership Role
    We are seeking a highly skilled project management professional to join our team. As a vital member under the Production Manager, you will play a key role in project execution, optimizing performance, and driving effective project management practices.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to align project management strategies with business objectives.
  • Advocate for methodologies that enhance project management and production practices.
  • Establish standards and procedures throughout our organization, ensuring consistency and quality in alignment with production processes.
  • Implement project management tools to streamline workflows, communication, and reporting.
  • Equip teams with training to maximize use of these tools.
  • Centralize all project-related data, maintain reports, and provide insights into project performance.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards for visibility and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage the project portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and efficient resource allocation.
  • Lead post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and foster continuous learning.
  • Develop training programs on project management best practices and methodologies.

    Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Solid background in project management.
  • Demonstrable success in managing complex projects to completion.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management Software Proficiency: Proficient in project management software to track progress, manage tasks, and streamline communication.
  • Risk Management: Able to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality results.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Educational background in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Game Development Technology, or similar fields, or equivalent experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a similar role.
