We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Director to join our management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing project forecasts, following and controlling project management using agile methodologies, collaborating with the PMO in the execution of procedures for project managers, supporting project managers in charge, escalating relevant issues to the vice president, ensuring compliance by their team of established methodologies and processes, presenting complex problems to account managers who will be responsible for dealing with customers, ensuring effective, professional, and clear communication between project managers and customers, and ensuring customer and team satisfaction throughout the entire project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in personnel, time, and materials).">
  • Customer-oriented approach.">
  • Budget management skills.">
  • IT experience.">
  • Experience with agile methodologies.">
  • Strong communication skills.">
  • Previous experience as a software engineer.">
  • Degree in software engineering or computer science.">
  • Advanced English level.">
