Senior Capital Projects Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior Capital Projects Leader to lead our strategic initiatives.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage project pipelines and portfolios to meet quality, cost, and time objectives.
  • Lead technical design approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage bidding, negotiation, and contract activities.
  • Lead vertical start-ups for new capital projects, process improvements, and small capital projects.
  • Collaborate with operational routines, including training, business excellence, and safety programs.
Requirements:
  • Project Management experience (+5 years).
  • Project Portfolio Management skills.
  • Expertise in engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing industry GMP requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent applications.
Impact and Influence:
  • Direct relationship with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Network: Engineering Director, Technical SMEs, Global Procurement Managers.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Internal Project Leaders, Contractors.
