We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

About the Role
  • Perform daily bank reconciliation and accurately record transactions in the ERP accounting system.
  • Receive and book documents, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough accruals control and analysis to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor travel advance control and accounting to prevent discrepancies.
  • Actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts to guarantee financial integrity.
  • Provide valuable support for internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Organize and maintain accurate accounting documents for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Intermediate or advanced English knowledge to effectively communicate with international teams.
  • Strong soft skills, including excellent interpersonal communication, multitasking, hands-on attitude, attention to detail, high level of commitment and accountability, and strong organizational skills.
