Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of financial management for our manufacturing plant and warehouse. This key role will require a strong understanding of accounting, budgeting, and financial controls.

About the Role:

  • Manage all financial aspects of the manufacturing plant and warehouse, including accounting, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • SUPPORT treasury, tax and compliance activities.
  • Work with different business units/lines of business/functional controller to apply consistent accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business leadership to drive key metrics, provide input into development of business strategies, and provide financial support for new business development.
  • Manage application of accounting practices and work with business partners to apply consistent accounting practices.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes; lead finance communication across entity; develop and present financial analysis to business partners.
  • Manage Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes, provide leadership to business to meet cost and working capital targets.
  • Manage development of strong control across key business cycles.
  • Work with business partners to ensure processes are efficient and cost-effective to improve profitability.
  • Manage financial support to comply with governmental, regulatory or local requirements.
  • Lead financial analysis on capital projects and manage overall capital management process at entity level.
  • Allocate financial resources to support business initiatives.
  • C workshops and mentor all entity finance staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years Financial Operations Management: Accounting, budgeting, financial controls, and costs for Manufacturing Plant and Warehouse.
  • Industry knowledge: manufacturing market, automotive and industrial sectors.
  • Advanced English essential.
