We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to join our organization. With expertise in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and experience in the manufacturing or automotive market, this individual will drive financial success.

This role involves managing all accounting, budgeting, financial controls, and costs for our manufacturing plant and warehouse;

  • Supporting treasury, tax, and compliance activities with standard complexity;
  • Working with various business units to apply consistent accounting practices;

As a member of our leadership team, you will participate in driving key business metrics, providing input into business strategies, and offering financial support for new initiatives.

You will also:

  • Manage application of accounting practices and collaborate with business partners to implement recommended changes;
  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes and communicate finance updates across the entity;
  • Develop and present financial analysis to business partners;
  • Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes to meet cost and working capital targets;
  • Establish strong control across key business cycles;
  • Collaborate with business partners to optimize processes and improve profitability;
  • Provide financial support to comply with governmental, regulatory, or local requirements;
  • Lead financial analysis on capital projects and manage overall capital management at the entity level;
  • Allocate financial resources to support business initiatives;
  • Cultivate and mentor finance staff, assigning work based on availability, skills, and developmental needs;

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of Financial Operations Management experience.

Industry knowledge: manufacturing, automotive, and industrial sectors; Advanced English language proficiency is essential, with Spanish as a plus.
