Job Title: Operations Team Leader

This is a challenging role where you will be responsible for leading a team of operations professionals.

  • The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in managing people and operational teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • You will lead direct and indirect teams, ensuring compliance with people management processes and disseminating the company's cultural principles.
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Constantly check the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety conditions;
  • Leading the team, distributing tasks to the team members, and assessing productivity;
  • Ensuring performance and behavioral feedback, guiding staff on special customer standards;
  • Coordinating loading and unloading, providing support during loading, assessing vehicle conditions, assembly teams, guiding drivers, and supervising areas;
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the workplace and the organization and cleanliness of the internal and external yard;
  • Reporting accidents and incidents in accordance with safety procedures;
  • Checking and ensuring the availability of equipment (pallet trucks, RFTs, forklifts, etc.) and infrastructure (layout, identification, preventive maintenance, etc.);
  • Filling in area documentation, actively participating in inventory activities, ensuring that safety briefings are carried out;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Completed bachelor degree or ongoing status;
  • Experience in managing people and operational teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity;
  • Experience in leading direct and indirect teams, ensuring not only compliance with people management processes but also being close to all levels as a disseminator of our cultural principles;
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PPT, and other office software;
  • Availability to work shifts in Guarulhos, in the state of São Paulo;
