Sobre a Vaga:


  • Contratação de um Project Manager (PM) para gerenciamento de projetos Latam envolvendo projetos de e-comércio e logística.

Sua Rotina Será:


  • Gerenciar os projetos e subprojetos priorizados;
  • Acompanhar o cronograma do projeto;
  • Suporte e garantia das entregas com a equipe do projeto;
  • Apoiar as equipes no planejamento e gerenciamento das atividades;
  • Gerenciar mudanças;
  • Proporcionar visibilidade das informações para tomada de decisão dos Gestores;
  • Verificar cumprimento de itens críticos do planejamento;
  • Monitorar satisfação e expectativas das partes interessadas (clientes);
  • Acompanhamento, construção e apresentação de status report;
  • Condução de reuniões semanais de acompanhamento do projeto com muitas pessoas envolvidas;
  • Efetuar o acompanhamento das atividades para garantir as entregas planejadas;
  • Coleta e distribuição do indicador de progresso do projeto através das ferramentas Google;
  • Gestão de riscos e partes interessadas;
  • Garantir a qualidade das entregas;
  • Elaboração dos planos de ação para correções de desvios do indicador;

Requisitos Essenciais:


  • Experiência como Gerente de Projetos/PMO em projetos de logística envolvendo e-comércio;
  • Possuir vivência em gestão de projetos de alta criticidade, multidisciplinar e times grandes;
  • Espanhol avançado/fluente para status report;

  • Tenha familiaridade com algum software de gerenciamento de projetos (Monday, Artia, Microsoft Project, outros);
  • Comunicação com senso de prioridade;
