We are South and our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead internal and client-facing technology projects across platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com.
Projects may include complex system integrations, data migrations, CRM implementations, and initiatives in regulated environments such as healthcare (HIPAA), aerospace (ITAR, DFARS), and SOC 2 compliance.
This is a full-time, long-term role.
Monday.com will be the internal project management tool, so experience or certification with the platform is a strong plus.EligibilityOpen to candidates residing in Latin America.Application language: Please submit your CV in English.

While optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technology projects from initiation through go-live, including internal initiatives and external client implementations.Build and manage project plans, timelines, tasks, budgets, and dependencies.Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project momentum.Track and report progress, manage risks, and escalate blockers as needed.Oversee implementations involving Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com, including complex integrations and data migrations.Ensure all project work complies with relevant regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and industry-specific standards.Required Qualifications3 to 6 years of project management experience in IT, CRM, or systems integration.Proven experience leading at least two full-cycle implementation projects as a project manager.Certification required: PMP, CAPM, or ITIL.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English proficiency.Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with U.S.-based clients or teams.Familiarity with healthcare, government, or aerospace environments.Understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery methods.Monday.com certification is a plus.Schedule8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday to FridayCompensationPaid in USDLocation100% LATAM remote opportunityIf this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume
