Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pre-Sales & Project Manager to manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will combine pre-sales expertise with hands-on project delivery and client relationship management.

The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing project plans;
  • Managing project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, profitability, and compensation oversight;
  • Facilitating effective communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely issue escalation;
  • Identifying and addressing delivery risks and critical issues before client exposure;
  • Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting team promotions and internal career progression.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a focus on fixed price and short-term projects;
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and pre-sales activities;
  • Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting;
  • High level of organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail;
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
