Job Opportunity: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee various projects from initiation to completion.

  • Analyze contracts/orders thoroughly to identify contractual scope, commercial conditions, risks, and opportunities. Participate in Critical Contract Analysis meetings to ensure understanding of the proposed and contracted conditions.
  • Develop and implement action plans for contract performance and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to clarify requirements and negotiate adjustments as needed.
  • Create documents for entering contracts/orders into the ERP system, ensuring technical and commercial approvals are obtained before proceeding.
  • Predict and manage physical financial schedules for materials and services, regularly evaluating contract progress.
  • Establish and utilize spreadsheets and other control tools necessary for effective contract management.
  • Collaborate with involved areas to send necessary information and documentation according to established monitoring needs.
  • Continuously monitor project progression, identifying any deviations from original planning. Prepare negotiation strategies for deadlines to prevent fines and prepare claims as needed.
  • Anticipate potential occurrences of relevant and unscheduled events and notify the Commercial Management accordingly, minimizing impacts on the commercial relationship.
  • Provide regular updates to facilitate Commercial Planning and Management activities, such as billing forecasts (Volumes, Revenue, and Margin) for each contract.
  • Maintain inspection processes and technical release of materials/services by the customer, checking payments made by customers for delays and fines to ensure cash flow forecasts are accurate.
  • Analyze customer complaints and material returns, identifying reasons and responsibilities, informing involved areas and providing necessary process support documentation.
  • Represent the company in meetings with customers to monitor and negotiate contracts.
  • Organize and maintain files related to Contracts and Orders.
  • Prepare necessary procedures and Data Books to fulfill contract obligations.
  • Continuously monitor contract management processes and their KPIs to optimize them and ensure alignment with Quality Assurance System standards.
  • Analyze and request guarantees and engineering risk insurance for Turnkey projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify key issues.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
