Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist for APAC Region

Job Description:

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for network infrastructure in the APAC region, providing Level 2 support and collaborating closely with regional stakeholders on various projects.

Key initiatives include deploying Palo Alto firewalls, refreshing LAN hardware, and setting up new sites. The candidate will work closely with the Global Network Team to ensure alignment with design standards and project handovers.

Designing, implementing, and optimizing network systems for secure and reliable data communication is a key responsibility. Analyzing performance, troubleshooting issues, and delivering strategic solutions for efficiency and scalability are also essential duties.

  • Design and implement network architecture and procedures
  • Deploy Palo Alto firewalls and refresh LAN hardware
  • Collaborate with the Global Network Team to ensure alignment with design standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience in providing 3rd line-level support for Juniper, Cisco, and Palo Alto equipment and services
  • Experience working in large global companies
  • Experience with ITIL framework
  • Application of structured project implementation methodologies (waterfall and agile)
  • Excellent technical skills in Cisco SDWAN (Viptela), Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager, Juniper Mist
