Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our technology team as a Support Analyst. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and availability of our network infrastructure and equipment.

This individual will work closely with support and information security teams to resolve incidents, create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation of the infrastructure, and support projects related to expansion, upgrades, or environment migration.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with network infrastructure management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
