Job Title: Quality and Compliance Auditor

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with key management systems. This involves reviewing, evaluating, and managing reporting at the appropriate level on efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
- Developing documentation in accordance with standards, creating control plans, performing FMEA analyses, and assisting in the creation of work instructions (SOPs).
- Supervising documentation, resolving current problems within observed internal non-conformities, and participating in the development and implementation of improvement plans.
- Conducting internal compliance checks in accordance with implemented standards.
- Performing audits at service providers (external audits) and preparing the department for external audits.
- Implementing LPA- Layered Process Audit for areas under their charge.
- Assisting in overseeing the Company's quality assurance requirements to ensure annual audit services are provided in accordance with international standards, policies, rules, and procedures.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing, preferably within quality, environmental, or energy management systems.
- Preferred Certifications: Internal Auditor certifications in one or more of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, or IATF 16949.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient use of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient in the use of quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans (CP), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and 5 Why analysis.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit practices and risk management processes.
- English language skills.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and report findings to stakeholders.
- Team spirit.
- Adaptability, patience, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
