Description : We are seeking a professional to join our organization as an Alternative Risk Transfer Specialist. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advisory services to clients, developing tailored risk management strategies and solutions.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to review client exposures and loss experience, providing recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with the Placement team to execute renewal and placement strategies, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Develop innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects, presenting effectively to stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients to deliver exceptional service, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day needs.
  • Ensure quality in all client deliverables, monitoring delivery and invoicing to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about changing market conditions, contributing to the firm's knowledge base through active internal communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Essential Qualifications : Experience in risk management, client advisory, or insurance brokerage, with strong relationship management skills and the ability to review exposures and develop solutions. Proven ability to execute renewal strategies and negotiate with carriers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to clients and internal teams effectively.
