Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of digital deliverables, including emails, websites, and landing pages.

You will work closely with our development team, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute thorough testing approaches to ensure that our digital products render and function correctly across various platforms.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who can thrive in it. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving issues, as well as communicating effectively with team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Experience with testing marketing emails for content, functionality, and rendering is a plus
  • Proficiency in key hardware and software, including iOS and Android mobile and tablet devices, Mac and Windows desktop platforms, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, Jira, and content management systems
  • Expertise with reviewing HTML and inline CSS code; web dev experience is a plus
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset, time-management, and problem-solving skills
