
Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success management, with experience in developing and executing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business growth and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution
- Conduct regular health checks to ensure customers are getting maximum value from our platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and services that meet customer needs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in customer success management, with 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical aptitude and basic understanding of SaaS platforms, mobile technologies, and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge and understanding of APIs, SDKs, and data analytics tools
