Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Process Engineering Coordinator.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency across all manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and assessing process maps to optimize production workflows
  • Creating and evaluating procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborating with production teams to implement process improvements and resolve operational issues
  • Analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering (Materials)

Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a Manufacturing/Industrial and/or Services engineering position

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Proficient in SAP 4/Hana ERP systems (desired)

Six Sigma training (preferred)

Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing certification

Familiarity with Oil & Gas standards and proficiency in English language
