We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Project Services Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing analytical support to the Commercial Lead on projects focused on exited business and divestments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent data analysis skills, including knowledge of Excel and Power BI, as well as experience with ERP systems such as SAP Blueprint.
They will also be able to engage stakeholders and build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively as part of a global team.
The successful candidate will have fluency in Portuguese and English, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis, controls, and general support to PCRO LATAM Commercial Lead on projects focused to exited business and divestments, including all legacy cases managed by Tax, Legal and Environmental teams;
- Support the Commercial Lead and Finance Advisor to validate all exposure, including provisioned cases;
- Act as contract holder working together with CP Lead, supporting to managing contractors and suppliers (Over 15 active vendors), discuss services scope or technical queries, contract renewal, support new demands from the business, approve monthly billing from vendors and assurance of Client's compliance and HSSE standards are implemented;
- Carry out business critical payments and support the processor invoice when required;
- Support the Reporting and Analysis team (Based in Chennai) on questions or concerns related to transactions, cost centers, accruals, provisions and others matters related to the business operations;
- Analysis over health expenses to identify unusual transactions using large databases and performing assurance reviews. Approve claims according to established standards and support in others general analysis when requested;
- Perform CI projects using automation or other tools to improve controls and processes;
- Establish a strong alignment with the Commercial Lead to understand more needs and identify opportunities to provide support.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel and Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP Blueprint);
- Ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English is required.
