Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Procurement Manager to join our team in Hortolândia. The successful candidate will have experience in contract administration, contract terms and conditions review, and familiarity with either construction or heavy equipment procurement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Contract administration and review experience
- Familiarity with construction or heavy equipment procurement
- Strong understanding of contract requirements and RFXs/RFIs
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Ability to establish and build successful supplier relationships
- Experience with equipment buying and expediting
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques
- Ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- Five to ten years of experience in procurement and contract administration
- Strong understanding of contract requirements and the preparation of RFXs/RFIs
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Ability to establish and build successful supplier relationships
- Experience with equipment buying and expediting
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques
- Ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
