Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of card scheme operation experts, providing oversight and guidance on card scheme monitoring and registration of high-risk entities.
- Support strategic business growth while meeting compliance goals, collaborating closely with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Develop and communicate objectives and goals for the team, tracking progress and presenting results to Senior Leadership.
- Recruit talented team members who can contribute to both Adyen's and our merchant's growth, coaching and mentoring them in compliance monitoring and non-compliance investigations.
- Communicate and support strategic Adyen clients and partners in terms of card scheme rules, leading global initiatives on scheme rules compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- You have a strong understanding of card network rules and compliance, with the ability to serve as an escalation point for varied card network compliance challenges.
- You're innovative, with strong problem-solving capabilities and able to define robust processes and procedures.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
