We're seeking a seasoned Operations Expert to drive business growth through strategic scheduling, technical support, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Design: Develop and implement effective schedules for technical projects to maximize efficiency.
  • Technical Support: Provide comprehensive project handovers to the implementation team and address technical inquiries on products during the pre-sales stage.
  • Lead Management: Identify and pursue leads, opportunities, and projects with technical merit, reporting progress to account managers to inform strategy development.
  • Product Vision Promotion: Collaborate closely with customer engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • IoT Technology Design: Design and develop IoT technology and network solutions for industrial clients.
  • Customer Network Understanding: Identify pain points in customers' networks to generate business leads for reporting to account managers.
  • Project Requirements: Lead technical requirements and solutions within projects, trials, and requirements related to specific products or solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Pre-Sales Experience: 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in safety or security technologies.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • IoT and Data Networks: Strong understanding of IoT principles, data networks, electronics, and electrical properties.
  • Wireless Connectivity: Knowledge of wireless connectivity, plan interpretation, and API management.
