Job Title: Asset Servicing Operations Transformation Lead

Description

This leadership role focuses on the transformation of global asset servicing operations, driving optimization and improvement through strategic planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work and prioritize tasks effectively.

They will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to drive business requirements definition, analyzing complex processes, and preparing comprehensive business requirements documentation.

In addition, they will work closely with technology partners to support testing and implementation of solutions, and partner with other members of the program team to ensure successful execution across the change agenda.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivery, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build effective business relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or transformation roles
  • Strong business analysis skills, with experience in managing multiple streams of work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Experience in using data to track and demonstrate 'value' through transformation
