As a seasoned leader in the diagnostics industry, we are seeking an exceptional professional to drive our data and software strategy forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the complex B2B sales process for health delivery organizations and proven experience in collaborating with sales leaders.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the commercial performance and marketing teams in regions to achieve their data and software objectives. This will involve refining sales data and software operative mechanisms, augmenting the effectiveness level of the data and software sales teams, and collaborating with commercial excellence and leadership to recommend, define, and deploy programs to increase bioMerieux's data and software effectiveness level.

The role requires a high degree of autonomy in a demanding and result-oriented environment. The selected individual will work closely with various departments, including commercial performance, R&D, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, finance, customer service, and operations, to set up a world-class data and software practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the marketing, commercial performance, and sales executives in regions to reach their data and software objectives
• Augmenting the effectiveness level of the data and software sales teams
• Refining the sales data and software operative mechanisms
• Collaborating with commercial excellence and leadership to recommend, define, and deploy programs to increase bioMerieux's data and software effectiveness level
• Regularly being on the field with the sales team to accelerate data and software sales learning curve or support large-scale opportunities
• Unlocking the business full potential of data and IT
• Mapping current data and software opportunities with marketing and sales teams
• Enhancing global/regional/local data and software sales process to industry standards
• Contribute to the sales and marketing framework to support the data and software commercial leaders
• Collaborate with marketing to propose improvements to data and software sales pricing and compensation schemes
• Collaborate with commercial performance and marketing to fine-tune data and software skills evolution

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the complex B2B sales process for health delivery organizations
• Proven experience in collaborating with sales leaders, deep understanding of all aspects related to sales position, prospecting, closing, pipeline, and customer management, pricing, and sales compensation for data and software
• Strong influencing and cross-functions collaboration skills: matrix organization, multi-cultural environment, global/regional/local approaches
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a demanding and result-oriented environment
• Master's degree in Business Management and/or Computer Science
• 10+ year-experience in direct and indirect sales, to increase data and software funnel size and conversion rates
• Experience in the Software & Data Insights business for healthcare, life science, diagnostic, or medical device industry
