Senior Business Development Manager

At Siemens Industry Software Ltda., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quota responsibility.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of direct sales/business development experience with a track record of sales success. Experience with Product and Manufacturing Simulation - CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) is also required. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluent English, and be able to work collaboratively with partners and resellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quota responsibility.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts/territories and/or verticals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the customer organization.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and align them with our solutions.
- Strategic Account Planning and Sales Pipeline Management.
- Leads complex negotiations with prospects, focusing on creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
