Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a resilient and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our multicultural LATAM payroll team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across multiple countries while fostering collaboration across regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Brazil & SSL countries.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with local statutory legislation and internal controls.
  • Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee timely payments of social security, taxes, and other statutory deductions.
  • Collaborate with local vendors, HR teams, and regional stakeholders to validate payroll data.
  • Address internal/external payroll inquiries and deliver reports within deadlines.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
