Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our recruitment process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing recruitment tools, updating job advertisements, and interviewing candidates for all positions in Brazil, mainly for Service roles. You will also be responsible for applying mission and other tests, as well as updating recruitment reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update our recruitment software and other tools with all current vacancies;
  • Screen candidates for all positions and schedule interviews for all steps of the recruitment process;
  • Conduct interviews with candidates for Service roles (Lifestyle Managers);
  • Organize our talent database and update recruitment reports;

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field;
  • Advanced/Fluent level of English;
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably with a high volume of vacancies;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
