Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services, including remote and on-site support, maintenance of hardware and software infrastructure, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.

  • Provide timely and effective IT support to both internal and external personnel, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining minimal downtime.
  • Oversee the maintenance of network infrastructure, servers, and other critical systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and securely.
  • Order, set up, and configure new IT devices, as well as assist in their installation and upkeep.
  • Conduct regular checks of workstations and conference rooms to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and excellent communication abilities. They should have a solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and software, with experience in similar roles preferred.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field, with a focus on IT and networking.
  • Proven experience in IT support, network configuration, and server management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure, and O365, as well as a good understanding of networks, software, and hardware.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingsness to travel or embark on short notice, if required.
