We are seeking an Engineering Assistant to support our engineering processes by managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with global systems and teams.
- Manage and consult Bills of Materials (BOM) using ERP software.
- Access and review technical drawings through the Adept document system.
- Analyze and ensure engineering documentation is aligned with project specifications and company standards.
- Support detailing of structural bases, protection elements, and accessory components for pumping systems.
- Use AutoCAD to edit and validate drawings under supervisor guidance.
- Assist in the development of instrumentation and electrical designs.
- Respond to and help resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Collaborate with procurement, production, suppliers, and quality teams to support product lifecycle activities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of Inventor, ERP, and technical documentation systems.
- Comfortable working with international teams and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
