We are currently seeking an **Engineering Assistant** to join our team in **Duque de Caxias, RJ**.
In this role, you will support engineering processes by managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with global systems and teams all within an international environment.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Manage and consult Bills of Materials (BOM) using **BAAN ERP**.
- Access and review technical drawings through the **Adept** document system.
- Analyze and ensure engineering documentation is aligned with project specifications and company standards.
- Support detailing of structural bases, protection elements, and accessory components for pumping systems.
- Use **AutoCAD** to edit and validate drawings (under supervisor guidance).
- Assist in the development of **instrumentation and electrical designs**.
- Respond to and help resolve **Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)**.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, suppliers, and quality teams to support product lifecycle activities.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Fluent English** (spoken and written) - all communication, documents, and systems are in English.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**; knowledge of **Inventor**, **BAAN ERP**, and technical documentation systems is a plus.
- Comfortable working with international teams and technical standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
