Job Title:

A seasoned Clinical Study Manager is required to lead regional clinical operations teams and ensure effective decision-making.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide regular updates on study progress.
  • Represent the regional study team at internal meetings and cross-functional Clinical Study Team (CST) meetings.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate and manage high-quality study start-up and recruitment timelines for regions.
  • Ensure timely availability of local adaptations of global study documents.
  • Accountable for submissions of studies in countries in assigned regions.
Quality Assurance:
  • Monitor study activities to ensure compliance with study protocol, SOPs, ICH/GCP, and other relevant regulations.
  • Prepare sites for quality assurance audits and inspections.
Regional Operations:
  • Manage regional study budgets and work closely with Clinical Business Operation on investigator fees and site payment issues.
  • Identify and manage regional team resource needs and establish contingency plans for key resources.

Travel may be required as per business need.
