Job Role Overview:
This role is critical in supporting existing institutional clients and assisting regional Sales and Product teams across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for institutional clients across the Americas, including trade execution, platform functionality, and post-trade services;
- Act as a technical liaison for the Sales and Relationship Management teams, offering expertise during client onboarding, demos, and support interactions;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FIX/API integrations, account setup, market access, and trade flows;
- Monitor and manage trade exceptions and escalations in real time;
- Work closely with global teams (Technology, Compliance, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery;
- Maintain strong product knowledge across all asset classes (equities, fixed income, ETFs, fractional products, etc.);
- Ensure client documentation, issue logs, and SLAs are maintained accurately and up to date.
