Dynamic Solutions Specialist

We seek an expert in Dynamics 365 CE to deliver high-quality business and software solutions.

As a Dynamic Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with client teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.

You will be responsible for organizing and managing workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with clients and project stakeholders.

This role involves configuring and customizing Dynamics Power Platforms solutions, creating sustainable client solutions, and delivering consultancy and configuration work.

To succeed, you will need a broad understanding of Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities and experience working in Agile environments.

Additionally, you should be willing to develop your knowledge of new Microsoft functionality and stay up-to-date with roadmaps and certifications.

Key responsibilities include interfacing with delivery team members and the solution architect to ensure client requirements are met, as well as contributing to pre-sales activities such as building demo and proof of concept solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platforms Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons, as well as Azure DevOps. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications are also desirable.
