Product Visionary

You will define the strategic direction for our global payment platform, driving growth by identifying new opportunities and enhancing our infrastructure to make international transfers seamless.

Main Responsibilities
  • Set a compelling product vision and roadmap with input from cross-functional teams.
  • Better money movement for millions of businesses and customers in LatAm & MEA.
  • Solve complex technical challenges at the forefront of global money movement, setting best practices for the industry.
Key Requirements
  • A proven track record in payments space, specifically with PIX, with deep understanding of operational processes, risk management, and vendor landscape.
  • Tech depth to understand system architecture and engage in credible discussions with engineers.
  • Ability to break down complex problems into logical components and articulate importance to the bigger picture.
  • Bias for action with hands-on approach, diving into analytics, speaking to customers, or writing queries to drive projects forward.
  • Leadership skills to align teams with conflicting priorities and leverage expertise to reach consensus.
  • Experience working in agile setup within fintech environment.
  • Bonus points for data analysis and mentoring junior Product Managers.
  • Fluent English speaker.
