AI Consultant Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

The AI consultant will work closely with our clients to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions using the latest AI technologies. This includes designing and leading proof-of-concepts, collaborating with clients to define AI roadmaps, and translating business needs into actionable AI solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with sales and business teams to identify client needs and participate in sales calls.
  • Collaborating with clients to define AI roadmaps and prioritize use cases.
  • Designing and leading proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI.
  • Acting as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand where AI fits in their product or data journey.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from early consulting phases to implementation.
  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings.
  • Demonstrated consulting experience, including client-facing, pre-sales support, fractional CTO work, or agency consulting.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models, such as OpenAI GPT and Claude.
  • Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines, using tools like scikit-learn and XGBoost.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to executives and business users.
  • Self-starter mentality, with the ability to kickstart projects and shape ambiguous goals.
