Global Partnerships Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Global Partnerships to join our team at BotCity. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that can enhance the value of BotCity's RPA platform.
- Cultivate Strong Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with our partners, understanding their business goals and aligning them with BotCity's strategic objectives.
- Partner Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, ensuring partners meet predefined KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions, tools, and resources for partners to improve their knowledge and capabilities with BotCity's RPA platform.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and relay it to the relevant teams within BotCity, fostering product and service improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills: +5 years of experience in partner or alliance management, preferably in the RPA or technology sector.
- Track Record on Partnership Management and Growth: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
