We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Business Development Director to join our team at KNR Management Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing strategies to drive international sales growth in Brazil and LATAM markets.

As a Global Business Development Director, you will be the key point of contact for international aggregator customers, carrier partners, and large enterprise clients in Brazil and LATAM. Your primary objective will be to acquire new business opportunities, develop and execute commercial engagement strategies, and negotiate contracts to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in Brazil and LATAM.
  • To build and execute strategies to achieve numbers above AOP's.
  • To maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • To cultivate relationships with customers, optimize their performance, and identify additional business opportunities to expand revenues.
  • To work with internal teams in a collaborative manner to execute account-specific sales strategies.
  • To work diligently with cross-functional teams in Product, Marketing, Support, Operations, etc. to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • To ensure timely payment collections from assigned accounts.

Salary Range:

R$ 120,000 - R$ 180,000 per annum (approximately USD $22,000 - $35,000 per annum based on current exchange rates).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
